For all you tough hot pepper eating guys out there.

I eat jalapenos every day and I like to think I have a decent tolerance.....but I'll be on the sidelines for this one.
I pickle my own local fresh jalapenos. Starting to get pretty good with it. Make small batches in the fridge which usually are just 5-8 full cut jalaps. Vinegar of course is the staple in each pickling.
The wasabi, ginger, soy blend is the house fave.
Some others.
Cayenne, celery salt, carrot.
Habenero, Hot Chili, chipotle. *spicy
Roasted red peppers, fresh basil, thyme.
and the blueberrry (added smuckers blueberry syrup with the fruit) and caramel jalapenos were sick tasty. Think sweet and candied, then the heat comes and kicks your ass.
