You my friend are nuts. Carolina was a public pick last week. I follow the #'s & ask around & have a good idea of what is public & what isn't overall. Get over it already as your replies are ridiculous.

Very entertaining thread.....seems to me like everyone and their brother is way to worried how the game is viewed by the public and that the opposite is always the right way to go, or also if the public doesn't win, the game's a trap :nono: I'll be the first to admit, I'm hesitant if I have a play that is a public play, but all I can say is do your homework and learn from your past plays to help you in the future. If you lose a game, look back and reanalyse it to see if you made the right play and just lost or to see if you missed something that was crucial in the game.

Remember, the public doesn't always lose....as a matter of fact, last season was a "public year" ....I know individuals that never made money betting sports, yet last year they did very well in football. Trust me it was a fluke year last year, but it does go to show you that the public does win occasionally. That's also one reason you seen some offshore books go under.

This game stung like a bitch. Brunell goes down in the first quarter, etc..Jacksonville looked pretty bad out there today, and Tennessee looked alot better than I thought they would. I was sure I had the right side here, but I was wrong and lost. That's why they call it gambling! Tomorrow is another day..However I will be toning my wagers down quite a bit after a game like this.
