Nickel,

Guess we will see but I would venture a guess that Chow wont be coaching in that game. If he is getting a head gig he is going to have it before then. If I were hiring him I sure wouldnt let him spend a month,an important recruiting month, elsewhere. Just like I bet we will see Urban Meyer quietly shoved aside.

freeze, tremendous respect for your capping the b12. cut aub a little slack. they had 3 to's and still won by 10 - could have easily been 17. aub is as not as well coached as ou - this i am pretty sure of. ou beating tex is no validation. tex manages to lose this game every year. tex is no passing threat, and oky loads against the run. i watched the game , and bet on ou.

i am not saying aub is #1, but i am saying that there is no clear #1 at this point. depending on the line i am leaning oky because i still do not believe in the usc schedule. sec/b12 are much better conf. i do believ oky will blitz usc more than they have seen this yr, and could be a big factor.

in the end, not sure anyone is better than mr . bush. he has to be contained.

Chow is coaching USC in the bowl game. He came out and said it. Tedford coached Oregon as OC through their bowl game and then went to CAL. CAL fans didn't like it but he did it. Chow is a classy guy and will not bail on his players and publicly said so. I be SHOCKED if he did.

Chow earned every penny of his $500,000-$750,000 salary this year. USC only, i repeat, ONLY returned 2 starters from last years offense. USC has brande new OL and WR's this year. Look at how everyone has progressed. NEXT YEAR is USC's National Championship run and will be USC's best team under Carroll/maybe Chow.

Remember, this team was supposed to have Mike Williams, Justice, Udeze, Hancock, Lewis who all were starters or going to be starters this year. That is not counting the graduates from last year AND the season injuries USC had this year. Truly amazing.

Nickelback

I agree Leinart is a stud. He showed me a lot this year. Many many people said he is only good because of all the talent and OL he had last year. Well he produced again without all those players from last year. Literally without all those players from last year. I expect a HUGE game from leinart in the orange bowl. He is a gamer! He won his first career start on the road against Auburn and threw a TD pass on his first career pass. Pretty cool.

i agree with Nickelback..this is the 2nd straight year.

Oklahoma didn't belong last year, they proved that, no doubt!

I guess oklahoma will be favored in the orange bowl.

good luck all

Oklahoma didn't belong last year and they proved it?

did you watch that game?

they were one drive away from tying it in the 4th and had a nonexistant running game and a heisman QB who was at 50%

brilliant analysis

now they have the best RB in the country, the best OL back and Mr. Heisman healthy....
