I fly quite a bit and I've seen some that think they own the airport. It's screw with them and you're not getting through.

Columbia S.C. was the best. Those guys joke with you and actually help you through while doing their job.

I can chime in on this one. Leadership of any company, business or service provider is not afforded the luxury of trusting people to use their common sense.

You would be surprised how little of it exists.

I've traveled quite a bit in the last 10 years and have never witnessed any of that.

I always get the 'pulled off to the side' deal but all they ever do it pat down my arm pits.
