Read the board all the time, just don?t post that much. I really enjoy everyone?s thoughts and posts, especially hellah10?s analysis on the MAC.

Question for all you experts out there, as well as people who also use carib. When carib gives you the ?free? half point on CFB from Friday at 9pm to Saturday at 9am, only one team gets the half point. Example: Georgia ?2.5 at Clemson all week. On Friday night, it might read Georgia ?2.5, but Clemson +3. NOT Georgia ?2 and Clemson ?3. The free half point is only on one team at carib?s discretion. Is this something one can use to their advantage as to where money is going, line movement, etc? Just wondering what others thought. Maybe I am looking too much into this.

Since I am posting, here are my plays for the weekend. I usually only play 2-3 games on Saturday and 2-3 games on Sunday.

Maryland ?34.5
Iowa State +6.5
Pitt ?1

2 team teaser
Akron ?8.5
Ga Tech -1

Still can?t grasp that LSU is only laying 13.5 . Just doesn?t seem right, but the line has not really moved. This one just confuses me. I usually think when it looks too easy, go the other way (ala UVA ?3 at South Carolina a couple weeks back), but how can I put money on Jackie Sherrill. Maybe if he castrates another bull???

GL to ALL!

maybe so u can't bet both sides and win one and push the other with their free half point? Just a guess from what u posted. I have had canbet in the past, but that never came up.

BBuc: I wrestle with the same question each week. Disappointing the 1/2 is at their discretion and I have also noticed that is is not for all the games. Still, 1/2 point is still 1/2 point, use it wisely, and it turns into a full point. Try to play off of 1,3,4,6,7,10 etc. Sooner or later, you will win one by that 1.
The key to beating it is , of course, pick a winner! LOL & GL.THE HITMAN

**And, yes, you are right.................I am sure the team they need more cash on gets the 1/2, not the other way around.
