i have a question tim where is my money. your customer service told me it would the 7th well today has passed. i want a tracking number or something it has been 10 business days.
hey tim just to let you know i asked your customer service where my tracking number was and they told me they would let me know by the end of the week today was 10 business days. what is the deal i hope you get something going faster than that.

Tell me why it takes two weeks to get money that is eventually "next day Fed-Exed" from the States?
I had the same problem a year ago and left their outfit. Took 2 weeks, which was inexcusable. Jack and IE, do you guys get preferential with them and get yours in a day or two? Just wondering, Thanks.
