Does anyone think the new rule changes will have an effect on the total numbers for the games ? I read some where , a wac official thought that it would cut 12 to 15 minutes and 15 to 20 plays a game.

Dont think the total will be affected much by the time change cuz books will adjust to that. BUT think will affect is these huge favorites. They will have 3 maybe 4 less series to put up points on the big underdogs which may lead to teams not covering the big spread as much

...yes! I've brought it up several times this year, but don't get too much feedback. I, for one, won't touch an over until week 4 or 5 at a minimum.... I've got to see how the rule changes affect the game and how fast the books adjust.... I suspect that unders will be more previlent until the books catch up, but the books will be raking in money waiting for the public to catch up.... Yes, I have given it a lot of thought.... You're not alone, bryan.
the money is on fresno & the over. the line is rising and the total is moving down. No way the chalk covers 13 and the total should stay under 55. Nevada has a shot to win this game.
