for what it's worth:
--astros look like a live early dog with the sticks going, especially the top 5 in the order; Fish return home from Philly while 'stros had day off
--Hudson had a great spring and should have a better go than the numbers suggested from his 1st and I'm more confident in his potential as well as the d'sticks in the long run; Nicasio with surprisingly good numbers at Coors, mind you
--hoping for Richard to make the Dodgers blue and any early Harangue about the home squad being playoff-bound seems dismissable
--both Harrison and Swarzak had good springs, and good 1st starts, rangers hopefully jet-lagged while touring to play 1st game away from the friendly confines and word is a very strong wind blowing in from right/right-center for this one...40% chance of showers throughout so buyer beware of unearned runs; Twinkies with 10 on 20 Thursday and 2 key hits (accounting for 4 of 6 there) Wed (vs R's) but blew chunks at the plate in their 1st4 including the only L they've faced in C.J.Wilson
