WLA went 6-0. Idiot capper didn't play a game. Today is going to be pretty easy for me. There's only one ump thanks to KC being rained out. I had to really hunt to find an angle on Schreiber. His o/u record is 5-5. My stuff, which is even more reliable, is 5-5. He don't appear to fav either team and only Clemens has faced him. Clemens won but 5 runs were given up in the game by NY. The only thing I can come up with is that he is due to go with the dog today. That means Bos folks. This is not a WLA play but I would be careful about going with the Yankees.

I am real careful about playing when I don't know the ump but maybe I can find a couple before the day is out. The NBA is no better. Game 3 is a mother to try to cap.

gsp......sounds like something that always happens when you decide not to play them :shrug: But I guarantee there's gonna be plenty of days when you do play and they go perfect again!

Also, after being in a little slump myself, I made sure I picked through my plays with a fine-toothed comb and wanted to comment on the Ump in the NY-Boston game. True, Clemens gave up 5 runs with Schreiber as the Ump, but this game should be totally disregarded.

That game was on 7-18-2001 and was the 1st game of a double-header that day. Clemens was NOT supposed to start that game. The starter of the 1st game was supposed to be Adrian Hernandez who fell ill. Clemens made an emergency start on only 3 days rest! Also, don't know if it means much either, but the catcher in that game was not Posada but rather Todd Green. I also believe Clemens was fighting a couple nagging injuries at that time.

ndn, thanks for the comment. I just didn't take time to write that since it wasn't what was influencing my thinking on the play. For some reason I think the dogs are going to bark tonight. Going with
