Cotton Bowl
just an FYI... texas tech is an absolute lock. yes, a lock. you know how i know? because i am the hottest handicapper on this site. well, in reverse. if you faded me yesterday, you would have went 5-1. anyone do any better than that?? and yup, mississippi is my biggest play of the bowl season.
ole miss (+4) 5 units. should have played this when it first came out. based on the line movement, i guess i'm not the only one who loves them.
texas tech won their last 2 bowl games by 3 points against teams that shouldn't have been able to stay anywhere near them. in fact, they only scored 7 points in the first half of both of those games. and, 3 years ago, they played an SEC team ('bama) in the cotton bowl on january 2nd... and lost 13-10. in fact, their only td of the game came with 3 minutes to go. 'bama controlled the game with their running game and an efficient brody croyle. they held the ball for 38 minutes. i fully expect the same out of ole miss today.
anyways... tt backers should be thrilled to see me on ole miss. i can't hit a freakin' thing right now.
