Surprinsingly, i'll take the homer here at just -135. I think this line is a steal. Habs had a so emotional series with the Bruins that i expect them to be a little bit flat.... I believe they have a really good shot at winning that series vs the Hurricanes but not the first game. If i could find a total of 5 now for that game i'll be all over the under!:brows:

I think the Hurricanes will take the series in 6 games, but as a Hurricanes fan that my not be the most objective call. Game 1 edge definitely has to be with Carolina, they are playing great hockey at home and should be very well rested. I think they might open it up a bit more against Montreal than they could against the Devils. The biggest question will be goaltending. Will Weekes stay hot, and if not can Irbe step back in? And will Theodore keep up his great recent play. I think that will decide the series.

I'll be going to game 1 and 2 so will have some feedback from seeing the Canes up close if anyone bets on the series.

Go Canes! Beat those fags (I mean Habs ;) )

Frogy I just think it will set the tone for the series. And if Montreal takes game 1 then all of a sudden they have home ice advantage.

To be honest I really like Montreal. Goaltending wins hockey series and Theodore is playing unbelievable right now while Irbe runs hot and cold.

really think Weekes is going to be in net for Carolina to start the series and he has been just as hot as Thedore over the last two games of the 1st round
