I must be missing something here, but I'll take last year all-star Tillman who has dominated Jays in last 3 home starts (2.29 ERA). McGowan, on the other hand, has an unimpressive ERA over 6 and is 0-3 against O's in last 6 starts against them. Add to it McGowan's dismal start against Yanks last week, giving up 8 hits and 4 runs in less than 3 innings... I don't see anything going his way here, either. I'll bite.
