Temple -7 @ Army - I know Temple will be better, but they're still just 2-29 their last 31 road games and laying a TD? Would like to hear others input. I like buying Army to 7.5 myself.

Rice -3.5 vs. SMU - Another tough game to call as SMU's starting QB Willis most likely won't play. Rice. If you take Rice, hard not to buy the half-point.

DD - I am staying far far away from these. My gut would say Rice is the right side, but two bad teams and that other game screams awful to me

I had a good night last night, so I am staying away because there are several out there tomorrow to get

GL whatever you do

Rice -3 (-120) for 3* & Temple -6.5 (-120) for 3*... just got done reviewing. SMU most likely starting a freshman QB and Temple returns an amazing 22 starters! Love the dogs, but feel confident in a split taking the chalk & would like a sweep. Taking the dogs, I would be hoping for a split IMO.

dd...

speaking for myself i would never lay a td on the road with an unproven team like temple..

although i am not touching the other game, if i had to make a play it would be rice because there are a couple of trends going against smu...but rice had the worst defense last year in the ncaa & because of that i am not crazy about laying points with them.

so i figure that there will be plenty of games in the coming weeks that i will like better...

good luck if you are playing anything....

If I had a gun to my head I would play rice -3.5 but hopefully the guy holding the gun would let me buy a half point:shrug:

I would also play Army +7.5.

I bet you wouldn't even glance at these games if they were part of tomorrows full menu. They would have had quite a task to find 4 programs worse than what tonights card offers.

QB Chase Clement and WR Jarett Dillard have already combined for 32 touchdown passes, six shy of the NCAA record

SMU has 13 true freshmen on its two-deep roster, or about 25 percent of the 56 players listed on offense, defense and special teams

Temple has 22 returning starters... Army has 8:scared

SMU will most likely use a true freshman at QB and they're learning a new system under June Jones. I wouldn't touch this game except it's one of 2 games tonight and I like the action.

Played each play for 3* each. Temple -6.5 (-120) & Rice -3 (-120)

2-0 with 2 easy winners for Friday... remember, chalk typicallys does well early... no reason to be afraid to lay points IMO.

GLTA this season and may everyone WIN from their book!:00hour
