Toy my friend ...just read your comment in another thread about all the solid cappers are on Port St .... so you are ready to mark it up as a loss ....i dont agree ...never heard of a WIN or a Lose ...UNTIL the game is played ...i just capped the game ...for what its worth ...capped Port St to win this game too ...BUT ...on paper ...urineanalysis and great writeups dont win games ...scores do ...somes times i cap on paper just like other cappers ...some times i cap a differant way in my head ...this line stinks so am capping this one with my nose ...so feel Portland wins this game SU ..66-64... feel that linesmakers are begging for Port St money the way they set this line ...SOOOO if i am wrong ...we go down the shoot together ...now Lady Luck ...await your smile ...Augur

i think you know i didnt mean it literally about the L (or would have bought it back)....just was confused in what i was missing...I never have a problem being contratian or concensus, just was hoping someone could/would give me feedback on WHY the Port State play was the right side in their minds!

OK toy here is some feedback ...on Dec 6th Port St beat Port on Port's home floor 60-53 ...the line at game time was 7 1/2 so Port was good with the spot by 1/2 point ....NOW Port St on home floor only giving up 2 1/2 LOOKS like a bargain on paper ...This is why i said this line stinkx ...X being the factor of the unknown ...why so low ...i dont have a clue ...but you can be sure the linesmaker knows ...Port St injured ? ...a few down with the flu ? ...i don't know ...but knows Port St no bargain ..Augur

given the fact the Portland has lost the last 2 (@ Weber St. and @ Duke) were a concern, but my reasoning for the play is the recent dominance in the series by Portland. really liked how good the Pilots were also beyond the arc as well...

thanks for looking into this further Augur....still stand behind my play and as you said....they have to play the game now!!
