Escaping the day with just a little loss ..
Looking back I made a couple of mistakes
1. Gave more importance to the Umpire Stats than the other stats. Game in point can be Toronto game where I had bet on Toronto ML because they hit LHP well. Loaiza does not pitch great against TB and his ERA horrible against them. In the end with all the errors these teams commit I had fair idea that Jays would continue their win streak. Also bull pens of both teams very bad.
Lookin back this all points towards the Over. I got caught up with the record of the Ump with his Unders and the thought that the pitchin especially TO pitchin will keep TB in control a bit. Turned out I was totally wrong.
2. Played games w/o doing as much research into them as I would have liked and I paid the price for it. Luckily I escaped today with very less loss but this makes me decide and see to it that I will post plays only when I have done my whole research and am sure of it. I of course play all the picks I post and this costs me as much as it may cost anyone who may see the post and play it (worse if i lose money .. worser if i am the cause of others losin money)
3. Also lookin back I find that I made a couple of plays after getting to know which ump's are there for each game. Since this data becomes available only some time before the game I think the decision to play the totals in the game or not was rushed as I could not check all the angles. I had already decided not to play totals w/o Ump info but looks like will have to lay off it in the first game of every series. Better to lay off than lose $$$. Hopefully I can stick to this.
4. Am fixing a set target for the day which I am gonna aim for.
I have said this before and again I observe that my number of plays are just too high for me personally. So am gonna cut down the number of plays to a level where I only play the games where I am sure there is good value or % of a W in those games is high.
Hopefully I can stick to the points above to improve my skills in cappin baseball or any other sport and also to see that i make some money in sports betting.
Would also like to thank everyone for their help and their views on this site. Am learnin a lot and continue to do so every day.

Interesting stuff you brought up about the umps. There's a lot of situational times where they will play a much larger role and also times where you shouldn't weigh them in at all into your capping. I continue to learn as well....It just gets easier as you'll find out.

the company I work for just had a 34% quarter over quarter increase in revenue .. (they are doing very well with regards to other companies with projected growth this year of around 35%)
so company givin a small bonus to employee's. Not a lot (around $800 before taxes) .. but somethin is better than nothin
1:36 am .. shud sleep now since I wake up @ 6:30 am every day
