gutsy call get it all$$$$$$

gutsy call get it all$$$$$$

the lakers luck runs out

"It's the luckiest thing I've ever seen in my life. Vlade hit the ball and it went straight into his hands and he was wide-open. The whole game, he was going for offensive boards, but at that moment he was waiting right there. You could never see this type of game in your life."
-- Hedo Turkoglu, on Robert Horry's Game 4 game-winner

the kings have outplay the the lakers
in this series

game one
lakers win 106-99

game two
kings 96-90

game three
kings103-90

game four
lakers 100-99

kings should have won game four

game 5
kings 92-91

most of the all the gamblers will be on the lakers friday nite .

why because they are the world champion at home and it a must win
right .

i said they are wrong a must win is just that, if the lakers were playing all that good they will not be in a must win situation. the presure is on the lakers, the cool hands provail

take the points

RAYMOND if you say Sacramento should win the game 4, than I say Lakers should win the game 5 still Lakers have the las shoot and fail, maybe Lakers can't cover again, but they can win at least the game 6, the game 7 I do not know, but the game 6 yes, that is because you do not play the money line my big friend! good luck!! sincerely I think the defense should win, and Sacramente do not play defense, Lakers was playing horrible ofense and is so different!!

GL-RAY! already have sacramento +6 in a big 2 teamer w/ the nets from wednesday nite!

the way i see friday is one of these series will be extended to sunday-no way there will be no basketball this week-end! i think the nets will finish off the celtics on friday and feel lakers will win -just hope not by more than 5!

now on the other scenario the nets-celtic ga,e is played @7:00 and the laker game is right after! now lets just say nj wins then i look foe la as a s/u winner

but if boston wins then i will go w/sacramento on ml-BIG!

just dont think both series will be extended on friday, but feel 100% that 1 of the series will be extended-and think la/sac will go to game 7

GL!

Great Call

Great Call

Lakers have been out played all series long. You have to go with the points with Sac to close them out. Like always great reasoning Raymond!

Great Call Raymond, good call on NJ/Boston the other night as well.

Ray --

I agree 110% with your call on SAC.

Out with the old, in with the new. Kobe and Shaq go home tonight.

SAC +3.5 First Half (really like this play as Lakers always seem to start out slow)

SAC +6.5 (Oly)

SAC + 280 ML (Oly)

Jimizeus -- The only basketball you're going to be seeing on Sunday is WNBA.

YES-lets put Boston and LA to bed tonight and watch the ladies play this week end. Perfect oppertunity for the WNBA to showcase itself. Only game in town with a bunch of gambling junkies looking for some basketball to bet on ;)

I agree with superbook. . . both the Kings and Nets will get it done tonight IMO. . . sets up a nice ML parlay with a ton of value:

Nets +185 & Kings +270

3 units on each ML, 1 unit on the parlay. . . as long as one of the dogs win (certainly a good chance at both), I win!

You hit the nail right on the head Ray with this Must Win stuff. Teams in must win situations whether in basketball, football, or most any sport, it's almost always a good bet to go against the Must win team. The line's inflated sometimes, plus there's extra pressure on the team, and besides, like you said, if the team was that good, they shouldn't be in that situation in the first place.

Played the Kings in 5 and Kings in 6 at 10-1 each....so I'm with you on this one! Hopefully they win it outright.

Bottom line on the Lakers is, must win or not, they have not covered as a favorite ALL YEAR so why would they start now? Gotta take Sac or pass. GL Raymond.

Raymond, don't see this as "gutsy" !!! I see it as THE PLAY>>>
It is ,in my mind ,the play to make.. I would find it hard to play the LUNKERS. They have NOT shown what World Champs show when they want to win !!!
Anyway, I believe SAC is the the PLAY... Good luck all ,and let's have a nice M.L. win , not just a cover....
Spanky.......;) ;)

If the Kings win, this would be a small sacrifice for the bigwigs of the NBA for a big gain. They could forever point to Friday May 31 as the day that was a prime setup for 2 game 7's and neither happened.

The year 2008:

David Stern was heard saying, "If we were staging these games, we would have had 2 game 7's back in 2002 during the conference finals....instead we ended up with no primetime Sunday game. That should have put an end to this talk of setups once and for all"
