at this point, numbers look pretty tight for myself playing any totals tonight, was leaning pretty heavy on the over tb/buff, but think i will pass unless there is some sudden line movement.

Rookie G Andy Chiodo went through his first formal practice with the Penguins, a 65-minute session at Southpointe yesterday, then learned he will make his second consecutive start when they take on Florida at 7:38 p.m. today at Mellon Arena. Coach Eddie Olczyk said he will use Chiodo against the Panthers because he "played very well for us" while stopping 30 of 34 shots in a 4-3 loss to the New York Islanders Wednesday. Chiodo shrugged off the Penguins' inability to win at Mellon Arena since a 1-0 victory Dec. 29 against Chicago. "[Playing at home] is another positive experience," he said. "The key thing is, getting a win and competing as a team, as we did [on Long Island]."
