I really don't know the correct "strategy" but I almost always buy the hook...and I did tonight as well. I took ML and also took the line but bought the 1/2 point.

There is so much you can cap buy my god, there is so much that is just pure luck/random. The guy gets a 4-point play. They tie it on a "3" and then the guy shoots a 30-foot "3" to win it. Might as well bet on a pick-up game.

I'm glad I took ML for half and bought the 1/2 for the other half. Game should have gone to OT but he hit a desperation long one for the win. I tip my hat...and I'm glad he got it...but seriously?? You've got the last possession...tie game...and that's the shot you take?

Let's see...tie game...last shot...I'm gonna take a 30-footer to win it b/c I can't get any closer to basket. I'm glad he hit it but just moronic and if he missed it....don't blame him b/c that would be shaming him. I'm sick of these millenials but at least I won money. Funny how we never hear from the points buyers and money line players unless they win. Most of us suffer a tough loss, and they feel it necessary to tell us that they won! Are they trying to make us feel worse? Or to make themselves feel superior? Just seems weird to me to bring it to this thread.:shrug:
