So Niang being out doesn't worry you and UConn basically having almost a home game doesn't concern you? Realize Iowa State fans travel WELL! However, can Kane play almost equal to Shabazz? Just asking as I am trying to break down game now and feel Iowa State is rolling, but UConn, playing in a familiar arena and likely home fans. Shabazz looked like the best player in tourney 2nd half vs. Nova in 2nd round. Have yet to see anyone look that good in a long time. However, he also got hurt late. Kane and Melvin Ejim are Sr's and don't see them going out easy, plus The Mayor is a much better coach than Ollie. Give me 5 days to prep and Iowa State seems sharp! Just asking as still trying to dissect how Iowa State plays without Niang who was a huge part of the Clones.
Honestly, for me on this game I am trusting my numbers and systems!
I really think ISU is playing the way they did earlier in the year, huge momentum for them. GL either way my friend.
Thanks Capping Guru... still can't get over how Shabazz looked like best player in tourney against Nova 2nd half. Kane could be a brutal matchup for him and Clones fans will be in NYC.
I really hate seeing so much of the public money on ISU and now it has dropped to -1. :facepalm:
