The Tribe has been one of the best road teams in the majors this

year (23-18) and its potent lineup of young hitters has feasted

on righties in night road games (15-6, +$1245). Cleveland is

surging, having taken two of three at Boston and winning last

night's contest against the O's, who are 4-4, -$150 against

southpaws in Camden Yards. In those eight games, they

have averaged less than four runs. Baltimore is 1-8 since Melvin

Mora went out with a hamstring injury and indications are that he

will be held out until the weekend. Rafael Palmiero has been

hitting well lately, but he will be neutralized by the lefty's presence

on the mound. Cleveland has won five of Sabathia's last six starts

and he has prevailed in four staight on the road, where he is

5-2, +$335 with a 3.72 ERA.
