I really like the under 7' in this one, but no way am I going to lay -145 or -150 on a total in Wrigley. Being that I think this will be a close, low scoring game, I'm going with the value here. Also, with the wind blowing in, I don't think the long-ball comes into play today, and the Cubs are just not very good at playing small ball.
