well, st marys forgot there are 2 halves to a basketball game.
villanova (+6) 2 units. just don't know what clemson can have left in the tank after last weekend. even if this game is near the spread late, clemson can't hit free throws.
vanderbilt (-7) 1 unit. hate playing favs on day 2, as that's when the dogs usually start barking, but vandy should get a solid win here. they have the perimeter players to handle siena's guards and siena has no answer for ogilvy inside. they plan to guard him with 6' 7" josh duell. duell is a scrapper, but he has no chance against ogilvy. if the saints double down, vandy has the shooters to make them pay. siena's only chance is to get ogilvy in early foul trouble.
oregon (+2.5) 1 unit. mississippi st struggles against perimeter-oriented teams, as it neutralizes their defensive strength - varnado in the middle.
st joeseph's (+1) 1 unit. i have a bad feeling about this one... seems like too many people are on the hawks. i like the veteran leadership of st joe's to get it done.
