Last night should of been a huge night. I'm still waitng to find out who knew what and when!Somebody knew something and it wasn't ol' Clem.
Anyway we picked up 4 units on the night which isn't bad. I'll update the record later. I really thought I'd find more value in this card today but ther lines are pretty tight.
Niagara -6 over Marist. Niagara is banged up but has had the work week to freshen the legs and get healthy. Marist is terrible. The coach seems in over his head. The 24 game losing streak really seems to be wearing on him. Just read some of the quotes from Chuck. Evrything I read and see shows a program with no direction. Niagara is better in the backcourt and deeper. Niagara will cover this number but I'm not looking for Niagara to win very many games in the Maac.

weird game clem line drops bigtime....fire that delays game for an hr...score 10 pts first 15 minutes.....then willie cruz(on my shit list) goes coast to coast down 4 and murray turns ball over and ekent has shot at prayer at the end...u would think nothing of it if the line had not took a big tank....somebody knew something and they cashed:scared

Iona - 6 fh over Canisius.
Iona is loaded. Took a few games to gel that shouldn't happen when you return 5 starters. Only thing is their best player was not on the team lastyear. Glover looks like a pro. 23 years old and score for fun at this level. Machado foer my money is the best guard in the Maac. They are more athletic and can runpeople out of the gym with their depth. Vluess is a great coach and they have developed a desire to not let anyone touch them at hiome. Canisius is tough line opened at 8.5 I believe and has gone up to 10.5. Canisius will win their share of games but not here not tonight. Iona will run out to an early lead at home. Say 15-6 or so. They should coast in for the PBR 6 unit first half cover,

Clem one thing I like about this Iona coach is he lets his guys play a lot of minutes. I know the Richmond game the starters played almost the whole game. Last game the top players were in most of the game. If they do not get in foul trouble they will play. I do not think you have to worry about him subbing and the scrubs giving you the moose. If he gets ahead he will try to put them away and not sub and let them back in. Gotta love a coach you know the top players going to log these kind of minutes. No reason in small conference like this your starters should not be able to play most of the game. With all the TV timeouts a kid should never have to :0028 if he is in great :mj23:

i RARELY tail people blindly on here clem, but i followed you on this iona 1st half and wow that was close. looks easy on paper but iona was down nearly the whole half and when glover went to the bench with 18 of their 32 points and the game tied, i thought it was for sure done. then they went on a 13-2 run to end the half.

thats why i like this iona coach does not sub a lot keeps his studs on the floor and gives them a chance to get hot.....they didnt do it till they last 3 minutes but they lit it up....41 points out 45 by three guys
