Hello there IE, first off I would like to commend you on your season year to date :) I admire your discipline and money management strategy in putting out 1 & 2 unit selections even with that Banroll reaching $6,000.00. Your ROI of 90% in Bases is spectacular. Way way over my measely 15%. Anyway I am not much for playing totals. As you can see by my record there pretty bad. I have been following some moves at best bettor that would have these totals at 4-1 +2.82 units on the week. Due to time restraints though have not been able to play them. Anyhow if you could give me your opinions on these totals here when you get a chance i would appreciate it...Thanks NYC

very quick synopsis of my model numbers and estimations and their pertaining to inferred line, busy afternoon for me...but will try to add comments on the fly for your games...i would think that trying to setup the game in regards to your handicapping of what you think both teams will meet in terms of runs would be your first step to see if it meets your criteria....then further investigate.

colorado 4.5 -120 runs(my model estimation of 5.0-5.25 runs)
pittsburgh 4.5 -120 runs(estimation of 3.5-4.0 runs)

cincinnati 5.0 o-140 runs(estimation of 5.0-5.5 runs)
cleveland 5.0 o-120 runs(estimation of 4.5-5.0 runs)

florida 4.5 u-130 runs(estimation of 4.0-5.25 runs)
boston 5.0 -120 runs(estimation of 5.0-5.5 runs)

texas 5.5 u-140 runs(estimation of 5.0-5.5 runs)
houston 5.5 o-135 runs(estimation of 5.0-5.5 runs)

milwaukee 4.0 o-130 (estimation of 4.0-4.5 runs)
minnesota 5.5 u-140 (estimation of 4.5-5.0 runs)

st louis 5.5 u-135 (estimation of 5.0-5.5 runs)
kansas city 5.0 0-125(estimation of 5.0-5.5 runs)

oakland 4.0 o-135(estimation of 4.0-4.5 runs)
san fran 4.0 o-130(estimation of 4.0-4.5 runs)

with the games you brought up above my numbers are just too close to play at current lines, i am monitoring line movement to see if texas/benoit will be a play later and will post if i get a quote i am looking for...

good luck

quality start %(too see if that 3-4 runs will be met) and how are the bullpens stacking up for the game in terms of support for the starter could be another question to ask yourself...most starters have gone a min. of the required 6 starts to get a picture of their quality by now and its how the starter keeps their team in the game not mis-interpeted stats like era or runs per game , etc ..that could be more valuable in your handicapping..the flow of each start and how your starter handled it in the past might be something too look at.

jennings 43.8% - 14 starts
fogg 55.6% - 8 starts

graves 28.6% -14 starts
traber 20% - 5 starts

pavano 68.8% - 14 starts
kim 75.0% - 4 starts

benoit 14.3% - 7 starts
rosairo 100.0% - 1 start

kinney 35.7% - 13 starts
lohse 73.3% -14 starts

stephenson 46.7% - 15 starts
may 46.2% - 13 starts

lilly 40.0% - 15 starts
williams 60% - 5 starts
