Angels -171 over Twins

Automatic play for me. We have been very fortunate with this team. Even coming off an off-day I see no reason to come back on my card without the Angels. Ortiz got beat his last outing and will get back on track. Reed for the Twins has been getting shelled of late, 7.24 ERA in his last 3 and don't know that he's made it out of the 4th or 5th inning his last couple starts. I feel confident Ortiz rebounds back from a loss and this surprising team goes to 22-3 over their last 25.

Arizona -175 over Dodgers

S C H I L L I N G ........ He's a competitor. He's got too much pride for LA to come into his house and beat him tonight. Arizona is 9-1 in his last 10 starts.

Orioles +210 over Mariners

Lots of reasons the O's have a chance. First off this team is playing nicely right now. Seattle is not. They just got beat 2 of 3 by the Devil Rays while the O's were beating Oakland 2 of 3. Erickson has not pitched great of late but this team is playing with confidence and the price isn't bad. Laying these huge -240 and 250's on a team that has lost 4 of 5 makes no sense to me, even if they do win. By the way O's are 7-3 in Erickson's last 10 starts against Mariners. Believe me they can win here.

SF - 120 over Rockies

Not sure why this price is so low. Maybe they see Grant with an impressive .069 ERA but that is only in 13 innings. He has pitched well no doubt in that time but hardly long enough to hand this game over, especially with Ortiz on the hill. Giants have won 7 of their last 10 against Colorado when Ortiz starts.

Reds +118 over Braves

I'm going to be scratching my head on what I'm seeing after the day is done, or thinking this was an easy day after these 5 plays. Geez I would have layed up to about 130 on the Reds today. Reds are 8-2 against the Braves when Hamilton starts, the Braves are 3-7 in Millwood's last 10 overall. Hamilton is 2-1 while Millwood is 2-5 and has him beat in every statistical match-up I looked at. All this and the Reds have a better road record than the Braves do at home. As I said I would have layed some to get the Reds here.

Good luck guys!!!!
