While there must be some disheartening distractions for SMU.. I believe their offense will still be somewhat effective... they scored a lot all yr, and I don't think that talent will go away overnite.

I do NOT think this game warrants a large bet... but if you're gonna pick a game where the dog has a good chance to win outright, I think these factors (see Frisco Bowl preview post) make it one of those "doggy" games.

La Tech +3.5/ ml (for less)
OVER 71 (for less than side)

not sure how many ppl bothered to read all the "frisco bowl preview" info...
but it sure proved valuable to me

I threw the La Tech ml into an open spot on my 6tm par...
IF they hold on, that will be my 4th winner.. and by having Marshall ml and now LT ml.. that $60 par pays $4919 IF I get the last 2... would be a good thing

I did fill it with UAB +6.5 (waited too long) and SD St -6.5 on Sat...

I will hope UAB line continues to drop (then I'll hedge a bit w/Ohio)
And that SD St will climb over 7 (I'll hedge a bit on Army)

also did a 50 par w/ LT and Over... tied to UAB .. to win about 250
