FSU vs. Miami (FL) - Let's Talk

Haven't really followed these teams but I like FSU -2. The seminoles have lost four straight to Miami and I see that streak ending tonight. I would not trust my money with Brock Berlin. He has more INT's than touchdowns and this FSU defense is going to be everywhere. Chris Rix will win this game for FSU.

I also suck on overs plus the local guy charges 20% juice on all over/under's - what's up with that?? It's a good thing because that deters me from playing them. Any reason anyone out there would put there money on Brock Berlin. Not being rude - I truly would like to know.

i think that brock berlin shits the bed tonite. i expect a poor performance from him, at least 3 picks.

2 years ago when he was looking to transfer from fla, he chose miami over texas tech.

cant imagine how ****in awful tech woulda been this year with him at the helm.

If I HAD to choose between the two - I would ALWAYS go with Rix. I agree with Lance...Brock Berlin eats grass all night long.

hoping to see an inspired effort out of bowdens boys. cant see them dropping a fourth straight to miami. should come out strong in 1st half.

Actually, if FSU loses - I think it would be their fifth straight loss to Miami.
Most people on this board were on USC but I really thought this was going to be a really tight game. Oh well - can't win them all. I hope you win your over bet, even better if Michigan scores three more touchdowns. lol

Hoped Fiest had them, but he only had Wva, Purdue and Michigan.

I just think FSU has a better gel than Miami. And if it was not for the bad weather conditions the first time, I think FSU probably would have won that game.

This Miami senior class has never lost to FSU - that dominance does say a lot. Also, just like Maryland today, I think there is something to be said for these rematches and the team that won the prior meeting in that season. The home field factor is also very big - ie TCU last week.

I'm on the fence here - not trying to be contrary to the FSU backers, just trying to supply a case for Miami.

i think this line screams for miami $$$$ from the public . . . i mean, why would a team who lost the first matchup earlier in the year, playing at the other's home venue, other than to entice $$$ on the Canes?

just my opinion. hence, i'm going to take FSU.

I understand they played during the regular season BUT I do not think of this as a rematch due to the weather conditions in the first game. I believe this a brand new matchup with a dry field.
