Check it out, the shitter with the handicap rails has the ass gaskets positioned on the wall lie two feet away, while the other one gets a special holder right there.
The wet dry vac attachment on the table is somewhat funny though.

Went to the john in a dive bar few years back and there was one urinal and one shitter literally 6inches apart against the same wall with no partition and no lock on the door.
