May not be politically correct, but its the mentality of the black athlete. The guy caught and ran 95 yards against a ranked team and intentionally dropped the ball before crossing the line.
I guess its "cool" to drop it at the very instant you score and you could care less about the 100 guys on your team, the coaches, fans, etc.
About the most selfish thing I can think of and it happens semi-often.
I just can't fathom even coming close to intentionally dropping the ball as I'm about to score. At least if you want to showboat, make someone knock it out of your hands.
Tough to watch some of the crap players do today (black and white) and something like that just irritates me. You can say the guy will learn but come on....a 5-year old knows not to drop the ball. Just plain selfish.
I hope he learns not to drop my fries before they get to my tray.

I've seen people say it needs to be reviewed when it happens.
Just curious...how do you review it? If the ball is outside the end zone, I guess you put the ball where it lands...good chance team scores from the 1 or 2.
If ball lands in end zone....again, you've got a fumble that was not recovered and basically an inadvertant whistle. Not really fair (though perhaps justified lol) to give other team a touchback. I guess you put the ball at the spot of the fumble, and again, team probably scores from a yard out.
I guess refs need to make it a point of emphasis and just make the right call as it happens and let it play out.
