was in London 1983, ate shepherd pie at some pubs that had been around since early 1700's.

After dinner and a couple pints of lager, had to take a dump. Went into mens room and above a toilet was painted...."Send a letter to Hitler"
Apparently during WW2, that was a term for gotta go to the restroom...
Talk about not forgetting....

My personal favorite from the 1980's in a mens room in a Chicago restaurant..."Flush twice, it is a long way to Arbys"
