Got it from a British racing site that Pat Valenzuela a California Jockey refused to give up a hair sample for a drug test. If it's true, he'll be banned for life. Too bad.

AG, I hope so but this guy is adamant. He said it's on the Del Mar website in their forum. You have to sign up to get on and I keep my personal info close to the vest.
I haven't seen it in the DRF or anywhere else, so it could hopefully, be a forum rumor spread by some moron(ME)

Hey Dan, I thought I'd post something here cause I couldn't help but notice that your daily reports have zero replies. I don't know if you like to keep it that way so I'll do a reply in this thread.
Just wanna say that you do one heck of job posting well thought out picks AND keeping up and reporting the results everyday. I sure as heck will be checking out your posts. And it looks like you have quite a following (views) even if they don't reply to your picks.
Maybe I'll jump in some day with Calder picks - I've done pretty well at that track over the years.

Great, that's what it should be all about. Come fall, Florida should be hopping with the best stock, trainers and riders.
I usually post at the del mar forum and i dont think they said he had a positive drug test-more like they wree saying i hope its not that again
Havent heard nothing in awhile so i would think hes okay but you right you never know with that guy. Very talented but his brain is fried.
Keep up the good work-I try and check out the forum as much as i can. Busy with work and the horses..
