Actually if there are 3 unbeatens at the end of the year, it's the Fiesta turn to pick first for the at-large spots and they will take ND for sure......now all that changes if KSU, Oregon and ND arent undefeated.

It is not the Fiesta's automatically. It goes to whatever bowl loses their slotted conference champion as the #1 in the BCS. If KSU is #1, then yes, but if Oregon is #1 (as many speculate would be the case if they win out) in the BCS, then it would go Rose picking first for a replacement. After that bowl makes their pick, whomever lost their conference champion as the #2 team in the BCS then gets picked.
