I have only posted 2 games of the year before and they were Wyoming over Gonzaga in the NCAA tournament and the Nuggets over Portland last season and they both were winners. I hope this game comes through just like those two did.

Rebel, no inside information on this one. :D I've been looking at this game and I think Washington St. will give Oklahoma problems throwing the ball down the field. The last 2 teams to stretch the field on Oklahoma have beaten them.

txhorns, this is the only game I'm playing so I won't be going 7-1.

gmoney- gl with the play. im a dog player till the day i die, but this game is one where i think the chalk prevails. stoops is gonna confuse the hell out of gesser, and i think gesser is going to be as clueless as kingsbury and wallace vs the sooner defense with their schemes. enjoy the day.

although the pac-10 performances have been less than scintillating.i believe that there`s so cal and wash st.....and then all the rest..let`s hope the excellent rushing defense stats for wash st aren`t skewed by the predominantly pass happy pac-10 -..also looking at the unders in tx/lsu and mich/fla and iowa+6.....best of luck.....like the play.... ;)

I respect your picks. Every pick you make I look at because you've been a hell of a player on this site. but my concern is..why do you see Washington St winning this game ATS.

What jumps out at me is the turnovers.

Total TO
OK O 1.2 (5)
Wash D 2.0 (62)
Wash O 2.2 (71)
OK D 2.6 (20)

Ok allows 1 turnover a game... on avg, but Wash allows 2 on O alone...This does not include the near 3 Ok D create. In my honest opinion, I bet there are 2 turnovers by Ok and 3 by Washington..

This is because O's D is good against the pass....

Whats your thoughts...

AceHigh, I havent really been that impressed with the Oklahoma pass defense this year, because a lot of the teams in the Big 12 can't throw the ball. The games against A&M and Oklahoma St. their defense was picked apart. I think Gesser will have a big day throwing the ball down the field. I'll be back tomorrow with more on the game but I'm going to bed now. I have to get up early my Gators play in less than 8 hours.

Can't even tell you how glad I am to see you on this one. . . checked into this one tonight at first thinking I'd be all over Oklahoma. . . but after research, WSU is a great play. Team could easily be undefeated and should be able to get their offense going against a very good Sooner defense.

The difference will be WSU's defense as I believe they handle this Sooner offense and allow more chances on their own offensive series.

Also like Michigan and Georgia but a little more work do to on both.

G-Money.....great run in 2002...you've been on fire!!!!But how do you make a lame duck coached team your BOWL OF THE YEAR!!!!!!!They might come out flat......but then again .....this is college ball and they might give their all but I dont see them giving 100% to a coach that has deserted them!!!!Good luck on your Gators...hopefully they will pound Mich like Tenn did last year!!!

ur right, i said it all year .. usc great, wsu damn good, the rest of pac-10 pretenders ... oregon was a joke after mid point, uw IMO lucked out in beav and wsu game (recall that wsu best rb got hurt in 1q and gesser went out in 3rd, not another wsu FD after that) and Beavs were really never any good ... ASU made nice showing vs KSU but synder never does well in bowls and KSU still had 200 + rushing and + 200 passing ... Ucla beat a HS team and had 163 total yards ... the girttiest team mightve been Cal and they couldnt bowl

I hope wsu wins, being a fan, but stoops record with a bye etc, is scary to buck, many cougs are not pleased with price coaching game ...

this game could turn out many ways,

gl, G$$, youve been on a roll, will be rooting for cougs

That was the worst play call I have ever seen in my life by Florida. Grossman was taking them down the field then they try a double reverse pass. Ron Zook is a joke.
