Sorry G Money. . . a huge game for both teams and I'm happy for my Wolves.

You are right though. . . why go for such a fancy, all or nothing play when Rex was reading the defense so well and breaking it down by moving out of the pocket, then throwing the ball? Tough way to lose to the game.

If Bob Stoops' past history against top 10 teams (something like 10-1) means anything, you are going WAAAAAAY out on a limb calling this your GOY.

I can see you picking Washington State to cover, but to call it your Game of the Year is just plain nuts. :nono:

AceHigh, I havent really been that impressed with the Oklahoma pass defense this year, because a lot of the teams in the Big 12 can't throw the ball.
Oh, you mean like Texas Tech or Iowa State?

Who's really nuts? Do you really know? If so, just feed us the correct side so we can all use it.

Out of line here OKD.:moon: :nono:

Alright, guys, I'll cool down. I'm an OU grad, so maybe I took the post a little personal. It's a bad habit I picked up from posting on Texas Longhorn message boards. ;)

"the bunker"
have kinda liked both programs

have kinda liked both programs

but, what`s not to like recently...but,i hope this mike price thing doesn`t serve as to much of a distraction....seems stupid to let a lame duck coach handle this game.....you can slant it anyway you want,it concerns me to have a lame duck on the sideline...i wonder how it will affect the kids?....without this distraction,i would have liked wash st alot more....

I think teams that throw the ball down the field give them problems. Tech throws short passes and IMO Iowa St. is garbage. A&M and Oklahoma St really hurt them stretching the field. I think Gesser will do the same thing.

GMoney,

I know you're not playing it, but would appreciate your thoughts on Georgia/Florida State and in particular the line move down which I couldn't believe.

Please tell me what I'm missing cause I can't figure it out except maybe the X Factor being Bowden

Well, I just think that Mike Stoops and Brent Venables are too good of coaches to let that happen again. The main reason that A&M and OState were so successful on the long bombs is because the OU db's were biting too hard on the play action passes, a very correctible problem. It's not like they were getting out-athleted.

P.S. Didn't mean to be rude earlier. Sorry about that.

Nickelback, I was talking to the Wizzard earlier and he loves Florida St. You know how I like to bet and I see everyone Georgia and the line goes the other way, so I think I'm going to have to play them.

Oh another college student who still is capping with his heart. Oh, nice jab at Texas,, I'm sure that hurt 'em!

Wash. St. is the play,,in my opinion,,today. And, I do like Stoops and your Sooners, so I'm just taking the points.

Thanks G. . . gonna downgrade my Georgia play and make it a small wager. Upgrading my Washington State play to my top play today and bought a point to get them at +7.
