We know the Bruins have been eyeing payback against the Panthers all year based on last year’s bitter, disappointing playoff exit when they blew a 3 games to 1 lead. I realize the Bruins swept the Panthers 4-0 during the regular season. Florida knows this too and will be well rested and prepared for the Bruins attempt at revenge tonight. In my opinion, Florida will look to open it up and we should see an uptick of scoring similar to the majority of games between these two teams in last year’s playoffs. After a hard fought series win Sunday in OT against Toronto, I think the Bruins will put up another tough fight tonight, but Florida will ultimately be able to pull out the win in game 1 of this year’s playoffs series rematch.
