I would take Spurs. Why would vegas make Pistons only 3.5 favorites after blowing out Spurs? Game 4 is just as important as game 3 for Detroit.

I would say linemakers will continue moving the line down as we go in detroit...........if det wins gm 4 -3.5..............gm 5 will be -3 and so on............if SA win gm 4 then gm 5 becomes like Det -4.5

How about the Spurs ,minus Ginobili.I played football and have had my share of thigh contusions.I'll bet he's barely walking today, and and this is not a sprained ankle where getting "extra treatment"will help,he'll be ineffective tomarrow if he even plays a lick.I could not believe my eyes when he went down 2 minutes into the first Qtr,the one guy Detr couldn't guard hurt right away in their must game.Yes he played a good bit in the rest of the game, but the swelling hadn't set in yet,and when it does,it won't unswell in a couple of days. They'll be lucky if he plays well again before game 7,if needed.Again I say Ginobili will make less of a contribution in Game 4 than he did in Game 3 due to this injury,Sa money beware.

Ginobili could have one of those Dwayne Wade injuries from game 7 that doesn't actually hurt nor affect your game. :mj07:

You've never had a thigh contusion if you think it won't affect his game tonight.10 days is usually the minimum to start getting over it. GL

That thigh contusion may affect Ginobili in the beginning, but as the game wears on I don't think it will affect him. he will definately play and play, and play much better than he did in game 3. He may fade at the end, down the stretch. But then again theres still Duncan, and he never has back to back bad games. leaning on the Spurs on this game, just wanna wait til game time so I know who the refs are to make my decision.

If you say its gonna effect him in the beginning and you add that he'll fade in the end, then your saying the Spurs win without him.And I say that type of injury doesn't loosen up,at least not the 6 or 8 I had at least. It took 10 days for them to heel, but his looked like it wasn't right on the top of the middle of his thigh, but rather the lower left part nearer the knee. Its a key issue regarding this game, thats for sure.
