Food for thought:
The Lakers have lost three games in a row just once since trading for (stealing) Pau Gasol in February 2008, that was this season (March 4th - 7th) in which they played 3 road games in 4 days against Miami, Charlotte and Orlando and included a back to back the last two games. In the past 2 seasons (I didn't feel like going back farther) the Lakers have never lost to the same team three consecutive times. I realize this doesn't have much relevance in terms of Game 6, but my point is I don't think any team is capable of beating these guys 3 times in a row in this situation where they are returning hope with their backs up against the wall. Lakers role players will show up for this and Phil Jackson's superior coaching ability will shine. Hopefully Kobe won't have to do too much early in the game because I worry about him being burnt out and frustrated with his team late.
To me, it's Lakers or nothing, but I am just looking forward to sitting back and watching an entertaining game and hopefully a game 7.
