I know it's early, but i'm pretty amped up about this game.

Anyway, the only real positive I see for the Heat today is that they have homecourt advantage. Wade is hurt, Shaq is fairly hurt, and some other members of the team have minor problems. Some have mentioned that Rasheed may be a problem, but when he focuses(or ''guarantees'') the Pistons usually win easily.

I can't really see Sheed imploding. I think the ref's will stay out of this game and let the player's decide.

For all his antics, Sheed's guarantee's (IMO) are thought out, not just spurt of the mouth. Each of his guarantee's have come after a Piston loss, more importantly, after the Pistons played poorly. Take for example game 5. The pistons were horrible, they fell apart on the court and looked like fools. Sheed makes the comments he made (and guarantee's a game 7). Well for 2 days straight, no one talked about game 5 and how bad the Pistons were. The only thing they talked about was Sheed and his comments. This took all the attention away from the rest of the team (even the LB thing).

Granted after his guarantees, he usually doesn't play well, but he is 3-3. They asked him about a guarantee after game 6... he just said 'next question'

wow, did that piss me off, f*ck hamilton, make a legit play dont panic .... that OFF foul on wade started it all with TP taking quick shot for 2/1 deal ... recall lakers doing same thing in playoffs with HC shot vs SAC I believe and they won game--someone correct me if Im wrong

big deal he hit that shot...if its gonna take those types of shots to beat DET tonite, i love my chances. DET is outplaying them, they weathered the storm in the first qtr and they will weather the storm in the 3rd qtr as well and pull this one out.

Miami has gotten some calls. The one on Prince was ridiculous. Really glad he hit that half court shot. Changes the game a lot.

Det may still win, but Miami has to feel really good. They got outplayed, and Det hit over 50% of their shots, and only up by 5. I think Miami comes out strong and the home crowd carries them to the finals. If not the home crowd, then perhaps Dick Bevetta.

good point pt1. hes not in there for his shooting, but occasionally he can knock down a three pointer.

this game is coming down to the wire i think. i figured if miami started off hot , they would stay hot. but they didnt.
