Gl gregg. . . I'm sure the Husky students will be in full force!

Been meaning to get back to yak merchant because he posted some very good information. I believe if you focus on teams that run run run like Oregon, Arizona, and Arizona State you will find just how often the Huskies foul because of their lack of defensive effort. The Huskies may very well shoot the lights out today. . . 50-60% certainly isn't out of their capabilities at home. But what I like is that even if the Huskies shoot that well, Arizona still has a chance from the free throw line just like ASU did on Thursday when they kept the game until the final minutes despite Washington shooting 55% from the field and well over 60% from 3-pt range.

have to disagree here--wash tough place to go into to play--crowd will be rocking refs may sway the calls to the home team. But what i think will be the biggest factor in this contest will be washington's ability to shoot the ball at home. We all know home teams play better at home. Why?? because that is where they paractice every day and are most comfortable. Wash has the personell to shoot the ball from the perimeter. which was not the case the last time these two teams met. Arizona ran a nice match up zone 1-3-1 with the back guy roaming around--gave wash lots of problems--feel that coaching and scouting--along with a gameplan--will give the capable wash shooters great oppurtunities to succeed..
