I look at these games as being meaningful when it comes to the Final 4 this year for the post-season:

Auburn @ K State - Auburn should be favored by 2

Fla @ Alabama - Bama should be favored by 14

Clemson @ Fla St - FSU should be favored by 10, FSU won in a blowout @ Clemson LY

Va @ BYU - rematch from LY, BYU lost 19-16 in C'ville, should be favored by 16

Miss St @ LSU - LSU should be favored by 12 1/2, Miss St can move the ball, LSU's strength is "D".

Miami F @ Nebraska - Nebraska off west coast blowout win @ Fresno, should be favored by 9

Oklahoma @ WV - Oklahoma off easy win, WV big win vs Md, LY Oklahoma won at home by just 9, favored by 21, Should be favored by at least 13, I have a feeling WV brings it to the Sooners.

These are not my picks - just want your input on these top games for this week because all of them can play into the Big 4 at the end of the season if any of these favorites go down this week it could wreck their chances at a Nat'l Championship.

Dangerous team that is not playing a top game, Ole Miss

I agree with ya Ej about the interest in that one. Auburn may have their QB back? Marshall? Not sure on his status yet.

Oklahoma opens at -12 1/2 so far, let's see what direction it moves. LOL :mj07:

Virginia plus all those points looks tempting, but I think BYU smashes them. Virginia's first road game and will be going against the toughest defense they have seen all year. Your thoughts Wild Bill?

Virginia's first rd game, ROBB and they beat a decent L'ville team, not a good one, just a decent one, BYU didn't put Houston away and plays with a lil more rest than Va will have in this tilt. BYU's "D" is tough and in last 4 opening road tilts for UVA, they are 0-3 ATS and 0-3 SU. Line is about where I thought it would be around 16 for BYU. L3 yrs BYU is 2-1 ATS & SU at home in B2B home games. I'm going to pass on this one cuz UVA so far has done far better than I would have imagined after 3 games, playing well vs UCLA, beating Richmond and taking L'ville down in the 4Q! BYU didn't impress me vs Houston, they should have blown them away but they looked good vs Texas who looked like they were in transition after Ash. Pasadena game right now for me on this tilt as far as a wager goes. I think BYU wins this by 14, error margin of 3 pts either way.
