I really like the USC game, been waiting for a line to come out at three of my books and nothing yet. I suspect it's because of the QB situation at Stanford but regardless of who plays for Stanford they both suck. USC QB Palmer has been coming on strong this year after an inconsistent year last year.

fletch like your picks for this weekend. I really like the pick on bowling green. I remember early this year wake forest was giving n.illinois 3.5, wake lost in ot. my question is why is bowling greeen only giving 3. i see a blow out here. this game will probably be my biggest play this weekend. thanks for any input you could share.

Both teams have looked poor putting the ball in the air,cards have moved ball on ground and have kept their deff off the field longer then cinn. so i think you have to go with the qb who has more poise in the 2nd half and the team that has more to lose if they don't win this game. So have to give the cards a slight lean because of their poise where it counts and are at home.

Niem the bg game is going to be a tuff fought game, bg will have to be fast out of the blocks and punch n.ill right in the grill to get the crowd out of it. This game is going to come down to who makes the fewest mistakes and makes the adjustments the right ones through-out the game. N.ill is far from a push over and will fight if they are in a tight game, so very importent for bg to start strong.

No.ILL on a five game win streak and coming off a nice win @ Western Michigan.
NORTHERN ILLINOIS coming off two weeks rest. They are in most games except when they went to South Fla. Lost @ Wisky by 3 points but rang up over 400 yards in that game. Turnovers did them in @ Wisky.
Although No. ILL did take a loss at home to "WESTERN ILL" ( ? ).
Western ILL has been beating alot of other teams too in their division. But Still ???????
Weather: expected 40 % chance thunder storms and windy 20-30 mph.
