According to Congressional Black Caucus Foundation representatives, Michaele and Tareq Salahi crashed the September 26th dinner, and were caught sitting at someone's tables.
---"I was told we had a couple sitting at our table that didn't belong, and as a result I walked back to security guards and I asked them to walk over with me-- that we might have a situation of some uninvited guests," Jones said. "I walked back to the table checked the list. Upon confirming that they did not belong, we escorted them out."

--says she used to visit him all the time as senator but not allowed to visit since story broke of her being illegal. However she was granted "another" hearing month after Gumby took office.

Her status as an illegal alien was revealed in October 2008, days before Obama was elected. Obama said he did not know his aunt was living in the U.S. illegally :SIB and said he believes the law should be followed.
A judge agreed to suspend Onyango's deportation order in December and reopened her asylum case. A hearing will be held in February, when Onyango can present her reasons for seeking asylum. The judge will then decide if she will be deported.
