the sin of homosexuality is well stated in Romans 1 - that is the New Testament.

if you choose not to follow the Bible - everyone has a choice, but the sin is called out several times in the New and Old. mostly in the Old.


people were stoned in the old testament for this sexual act, as well as other things, adultery, incest, fornication, etc. I am not suggesting stoning a gay person , or an adulterer - but that does not make their behaviour right. i am also not an advocate of hate crimes either.

straight people committ sexual sins all of the time as well.

i do have a problem with gays adopting children.

their practice is at the very least not natural - they cannot pro create, and they are using their bodies in a way that is not what they were biologically intended for.

Romans 1:26-27: "For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet."


Romans 1:32: "Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them."

I'm going to lay a little foundation here. I'm am a Catholic, went to a Catholic school K-8 and was an altar boy. Never had sex with a priest, drank wine with a few. I ate meet today. Hardly ever go to church or read the bible. I talk to God every day. He doesn't talk to me. Question : How many homosexuals have been brought up by heterosexuals ? Probably millions more than homosexuals. What does God do for children that need to be adopted ? If you have two stable people who will love and nurture a life why does anyone care what their sexuality is ? Why are Catholic against abortion and birth control and against people that were made in Gods image taking care of Gods children ? Doesn't Jesus love the little children ALL the children of the world ? What does God and Jesus say about all the heterosexuals that bring homosexuals into this world ?

For starters, one has to recognize sin for what it is.

And it's my understanding sin is anything that is displeasing to God.

If you're the best homosexual parents the world has ever known, the basis of your relationship is still drenched in sin and putting the cart before the horse doesn't change things.

God hates sin.

You said every parent of adopted children sins...I would go even further and say every parent is a sinner. I'm one of them.

I'm nowhere near smart enough to organize or monitor anything let alone behavior that is an abomination to God himself.

That's why I follow Jesus Christ.

John 14:6 - "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."

Did you ever take your bible to church and try to memorize scripture or did you just routinely perform Catholic rituals?

I talk to God every day. He doesn't talk to me.

I also talk to God everyday. Thats what He wants. It pleases Him. But I don't "expect" God to talk to me. His ways are not my ways......praise God!

What does God do for children that need to be adopted ?

Ask God. When He knows you're sincere, He'll provide an answer.
