On the course!
Anyone who didn't watch that game probably thinks Green Bay is on their way to a Super Bowl!

Let me tell you something. This team didn't even hide the fact that they have NO running game!

With 4 minutes left in the game, and trailing by 4 points, they got to 1st and goal from the 1 yard line. Now, they had managed to get there with several "empty backfield" formations. That in itself is bad enough, but they ran FOUR STRAIGHT PLAYS from the goal line with NO BACKS!!!!!!!!

Is it any wonder that they failed to score??????

Only an incredibly weak San Diego team could let them get the ball back, and STILL march right back down and score TWICE in the remaining three minutes!

Yet, I will listen to the drunken sheep call in to the local shit radio shows in the morning, and talk about what a great game this was.........

This team will still be lucky to be 8-8 if they can't get a running back!!!!!

You mean to tell me you have NO ONE on that fukking bench who can punch in a one yard rush???????

AND you are still letting them draw a paycheck?????????

This is unacceptable, boys!

I will take a 3-0 start as a fan, but I can see the future.............. I ain't looking through cheese colored lenses.

In the coming weeks, I expect Brett Favre to be blitzed like he stole money!

Oh, my shit is this fun for now, though!!!!!!!!!

With respect, yyz, this could be their Super Bowl year. I have heard that Hornung is not really injured but just holding out for a little more money and Elijah Pitts is ready if we really need him. Jim Taylor is definitely out for the regular season but could be a third down back in the playoffs.

And I've not even mentioned our favorite Eli, Chuck Mercein!

I like the Packers

Hell, in the NFC anything is possible. If anyone knows the NFC Champs it would be the Pack. GB has a soft schedule assuming they take care of business within the division, they might be around in January.
I'm shocked how the Chargers have looked in the 1st 3 weeks.

As a Packer season ticket holder (unfortunately today was a "Gold Package" game - so didn't have tix to this and won't for 5th home game as well) I have to say this is a tremendous start and yes it has caught me off guard. I admit I looked at the schedule and came up w/ about 5-6 total wins by end of season...so 3W-0L is a great start - and though Phily has been subpar, Giants sub par, and of course Chargers not playing up to everyone's standards (which i never bought into them as a SB contender) - still you can't say enough about this team being 3-0...they won plain and simple - a tough thing to do week after week in this league - as we all know as we try to figure it out (which nobody ever can - seriously - just take dogs 80% of time and you'll be fine...anyways i'm looking at next Sunday's game as a big test - because they "should" beat this Vikings squad - but this could be a big letdown game - this was biggest Packer win at Lambeau in a while...

Now talking about exposing we have no running game - that is true - it's pretty poor right now - however besides the 4th down and goal call - this game was called exactly how i wanted it to be called - watched the game w/ my Dad and told him before that they needed to pass, pass, pass, and abandon the running game to win - they did it and won - now you might say boy that's stupid to just abandon the run - but what good is it when teams start out against a team they know where they can't run against - SD's weakness is the passing defense - so attack it - GB did...I suggest other's play the SD defense the same way...you beat them by containing LT and passing on them...I hate it when teams run it 25 times for 35 yards when they know they get stuffed every time...sometimes have to live or die by the pass...

That being said GB will eventually run into problems if they don't get the running game going...but I like it that they game planned around the strength of the offense and exposed the SD weakness...

Go GREEN BAY - been awhile since they've been relevant - hope they go 16-0 :)

The Pack is 3-0 baby. I don't care how they win, just keep doing it. They do need a running game though to survive. That was a great Bears performance tonight. Now if just the Cubs could find a way to choke it would make my week. :00hour

I'll agree that SD is not well coached!

You guys must have short memories. Brett Favre had 5+ seconds on most passing plays today! You and I could complete passes like that!

What does he look like when a team puts pressure on him? Anyone recall???? It looks like duck season out there!

I ain't falling for this shit, boys. You go ahead and eat it up.

I have to agree with you. The early schedule has worked out very favorably for Green Bay. Four of the first six at home, Philly handed them that game, the Giants are awful and SD is a talented team but has been playing like ass under the new coaching staff. And next week they get a Minnesota team that doesn't have a quarterback. But when the dust settles on this season, I just can't see them being a legit contender.

I'm taking that one to the bank. As a lifetime Vikings fan I'll be the first one to say "they suck!!!". You talk about bad coaching, believe me, the dolts have nothing on this team. Over 1 min left in the first half with the ball at KC 35 yard line and they finally take the time out @ 35 seconds left. And then give up the sack. Then run a draw play from the 45 with 4 sec left (yeah, that had a chance to score). Amazing how these guys keep their job.

I can't stand the Pack and I'll be all over them next week, the Vikings have no business calling themselves Pro ballers. Even if the Cheesies let down, they'll stomp this team. They don't need a running game because that's all the vikings are good at stopping. Passing all day long will run the score up on this team. I'm getting it early before it climbs. Out.
