RESUME

GEORGE W. BUSH
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue
Washington, DC 20520

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Law Enforcement:
I was arrested in Kennebunkport, Maine, in 1976
for driving under the influence of alcohol. I
pled guilty, paid a fine, and had my driver's
license suspended for 30 days. My Texas driving
record has been "lost" and is not available.

Military:
I joined the Texas Air National Guard and went
AWOL. I refused to take a drug test or answer any
questions about my drug use. By joining the Texas
Air National Guard, I was able to avoid
combat duty in Vietnam.

College:
I graduated from Yale University with a low C
average. I was a cheerleader.

PAST WORK EXPERIENCE:

* I ran for U.S. Congress and lost. I began my
career in the oil business in Midland,Texas, in
1975.

* I bought an oil company, but couldn't find any
oil in Texas. The company went bankrupt shortly
after I sold all my stock.

* I bought the Texas Rangers baseball team in a
sweetheart deal that took land using taxpayer
money.

* With the help of my father and our friends in
the oil industry (including Enron CEO Ken Lay), I
was elected governor of Texas.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS GOVERNOR OF TEXAS

* I changed Texas pollution laws to favor power and
oil companies, making Texas the most polluted
state in the Union. During my tenure, Houston
replaced Los Angeles as the most smog-ridden city
in America.

* I cut taxes and bankrupted the Texas treasury to
the tune of billions in borrowed money.

* I set the record for the most executions by any
governor in American history.

* With the help of my brother, the governor of
Florida, and my father's appointments to the
Supreme Court, I became President after losing by
over 500,000 votes.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS PRESIDENT:

* I am the first President in U.S. history to
enter office with a criminal record.

*I invaded and occupied two countries at a
continuing cost of over one billion dollars per
week.

* I spent the U.S. surplus and effectively
bankrupted the U.S. Treasury.

* I shattered the record for the largest annual
deficit in U.S. history.

* I set an economic record for most private
bankruptcies filed in any 12-month period.

* I set the all-time record for most foreclosures
in a 12-month period.

* I set the all-time record for the biggest drop
in the history of the U.S. stock market. In my
first year in office, over 2 million Americans
lost their jobs.

* I'm proud that the members of my cabinet are
the richest of any administration in U.S.
history. My "poorest millionaire," Condoleeza
Rice, has a Chevron oil tanker named after her.

* I set the record for most campaign fund-raising
trips by a U.S. President.

* I am the all-time U.S. and world record-holder
for receiving the most corporate campaign
donations.

* My largest lifetime campaign contributor, and
one of my best friends, Kenneth Lay, presided
over the largest corporate bankruptcy fraud in
U.S. History, Enron.

* My political party used Enron private jets and
corporate attorneys to assure my success with the
U.S. Supreme Court during my election decision.

* I have protected my friends at Enron and
Halliburton against investigation or prosecution.
More time and money was spent investigating the
Monica Lewinsky affair than has been spent
investigating one of the biggest corporate rip-
offs in history.

* I presided over the biggest energy crisis in
U.S. history and refused to intervene when
corruption involving the oil industry was
revealed. I presided over the highest gasoline
prices in U.S. history.

* I changed the U.S. policy to allow convicted
criminals to be awarded government contracts.

* I appointed more convicted criminals to
administration than any President in U.S.
history.

* I created the Ministry of Homeland Security,
the largest bureaucracy in the history of the
United States government.

* I've broken more international treaties than any
President in U.S. history.

* I am the first President in U.S. history to
have the United Nations remove the U.S. from the
Human Rights Commission.

* I withdrew the U.S. from the World Court of
Law.

* I refused to allow inspector's access to
U.S. "prisoners of war" detainees and thereby
have refused to abide by the Geneva Convention.

* I am the first President in history to refuse
United Nations election inspectors (during the
2002 U.S. election).

* I set the record for fewest numbers of press
conferences of any President since the advent of
television.

* I set the all-time record for most days on
vacation in any one year period. After taking off
the entire month of August, I presided over the
worst security failure in U.S. history.

* I garnered the most sympathy for the U.S. after
the World Trade Center attacks and less than a
year later made the U.S. the most hated country
in the world, the largest failure of diplomacy in
world history.

* I have set the all-time record for most people
worldwide to simultaneously protest me in public
venues (15 million people), shattering the record
for protests against any person in the history of
mankind.

* I am the first President in U.S. history to
order an unprovoked, pre-emptive attack and the
military occupation of a sovereign nation. I did
so against the will of the United Nations, the
majority of U.S. citizens, and the world
community.

* I have cut health care benefits for war
veterans and support a cut in duty benefits for
active duty troops and their families -- in
wartime.

* In my State of the Union Address, I lied about
our reasons for attacking Iraq and then blamed
the lies on our British friends.

* I am the first President in history to have a
majority of Europeans (71%) view my presidency as
the biggest threat to world peace and security.

* I am supporting development of a
nuclear "Tactical Bunker Buster," a WMD.

* I have so far failed to fulfill my pledge to
bring Osama Bin Laden [sic] to justice.

RECORDS AND REFERENCES:

All records of my tenure as governor of Texas are
now in my father's library, sealed and
unavailable for public view.

All records of SEC investigations into my insider
trading and my bankrupt companies are sealed in
secrecy and unavailable for public view.

All records or minutes from meetings that I, or
my Vice President, attended regarding public
energy policy are sealed in secrecy and
unavailable for public review.

PLEASE CONSIDER MY EXPERIENCE WHEN VOTING IN 2004.

NO, it wasn't the BJ. It was the fact that he didn't tell his wife about it!

Hey StevieD

Great post BTW. Off topic........but I was just watching TV and someone brought up a poll this week in Iraq. 42% of the Iraqi people want Saddam to be released. Can you believe that? 42% want the turd released and we're trying to set up a government for people with that mindset. How do you govern the ungovernable? What a waste of time, resources and lives. Unreal.

This doesn't suprise me -- look at it this way: When Saddam was in power I'm sure it was much safer for the average Iraqi to walk the streets, now their country is in such turmoil no one is safe. As crazy and oppressive as Saddam was, he provided some protection and policement to the average citizen on a daily basis, which is gone now. In the current state they are in, while I don't know the stats, I'm willing to bet that street crimes are up and all sense of security is lost.

Similar to when communism fell in Russia, crime skyrocketed, all hell broke loose, and a lot of people missed the security of having such a controlling government. Like anything else there is a give and take in this situation. In order to be "free" you open yourself up to a lot of other problems.

Good points. But if 42% still feel that Saddam should be released scott free at present, what chance does their governent really have? What was the quote by Ben Franklin about our own forefathers .....something like 'those that sacrifice liberty for safety's sake alone, deserve neither liberty nor safety'. (or something damn close....LOL) Seems to fit the situation over in Iraq right now. One of the problems with nation building is that sometimes people aren't willing to risk their safties for liberty.

Per Edward "and clinton was impeached for a blow job"
Nice lawyer spin as that is how you like to relate to probable 15 felonious acts and compare it with dui.
Here is list of possible felonys where he opened his mouth--he saved himself numerous others by pleading the 5th or saying I don't recall over 300 times while under oath.

42% of people want Saddam free???
Lets see he gassed the Kurds-tortured and executed the Shites and these two comprise over 80% of population. Pray tell me where this poll was taken--Saddams hometown maybe.
Hmmm but then again there are those "intellectuals"who believe perjury and blow jobs are the same so who am I to argue :)

If the repubs didn't spend millions trying to catch him in a lie about a bj they would have nothing. Like it or not they were cleared of all the Whitewater things you guys lkeep pointing to. So did he lie about a bj yes he did. Did Bush lie about WMD and a 9/11 Hussein connection yes he did. You tell me which is the worse of the lies?

You've left out the 150 'I don't remember' lies by president Ronald Reagan and Bush seniors lies about Iran Contra as well. And Colin Powell was Casper Weinberger's right hand man and actually made the conversion of assets to the CIA so he could have gone down if he had been prosecuted as well. No sense of proportion in USA politics. A bj vs obvious lies and subversions and half our country won't even awknowledge the stupidity. Every member of congress that voted in that empeachment process should have been tarred and feathered and shipped outa here.. Our political process is broken and can't be fixed.

I think that getting rid of Bush and his over the hill gang would be a step in the right direction. Of course Kerry has not impressed anyone and the dems are not very bright.A to vote for Bush would be like saying we don't care how crooked our politicians are. It will take a long time to get rid of all the scoundrels but it can be done. Maybe this time we just send a message that we are sick of the corruption and the lies. If Kerry doesn't learn then we kick his a$$ out too. We still have the power of the vote. As Florida showed that vote can be corrupted too but to quote an evil ba$tard, "We have to stay the course."

Wish I had that Pollyanna disposition you seem to possess re our political climate. A change in the Telecommunications Act might be a move in the right direction but I'm still skeptical. We're political toast at this point.

As Dogs and others have brought up many times here....

if the tree-hugger would have won his own damn state, nobody would be crying about what all the retirees voted.

42% would let a murderer like Sadaam go free and/or return to power. Hmmmmm. Does anyone else see the correlation in the event of a Bush re-election? I'd say the 42% majically equates to the probable percentage Bush will receive come November. Coincidence? I think not.

Sorry Stevie but when you try and defend Clinton you leave yourself wide open------

"If the repubs didn't spend millions trying to catch him in a lie about a bj they would have nothing"

I don't think these witnesses that pleaded the 5th-couldn't recall or left the country to avoid testifying in proceedings against Clinton had any connection to his lack of morales. Beware it will take you sometime to wade through all of them. :)
