Georgia in the big dance

Man, I wish we weren't playing Xavier. I actually think Xavier is very beatable. But Georgia has done all it is going to do this season. I will be completely shocked if they keep this close.

If anyone wants a 14 over 3 upset, look somewhere else.

Would now be a good time to discuss how I think it's idiotic that we are in the dance just because we won our conference tourney? We had 4 total conference wins all season. We should not have the opportunity to be in the field of 64.

At work yesterday, I actually had to defend the 14 seed that UGA received. I was ganged up on by almost everyone...all of whom thought they deserved a 11 or so seed. :scared My argument was just as you mentioned....how many conf. games did they win all year??? They got hot, and fortunate, all at the right time. Now I'm not going to downplay the fact that they won 4 games, 3 of which were in 2 days. That is amazing. But to think they deserve a better seeding than what they got? please

100% agree, and I am biased as hell in this. Don't get me wrong. I'm pulling for my boys to perform. And the accomplishment they achieved in the SEC is incredible!

But a 14 seed is about what they deserve in the grand scheme of things.

With all that being said, I think Xavier is a weak 3 seed and there is an outside shot of us winning. Any other 3 seed would roll us over like little bitches.
