Good Morning! One college game today - lets hit it.

As we all know, Georgia Tech has played a much tougher schedule than Tulsa. Over half of Tulsa's offense is the ground game (212 yards) but Georgia Tech is only giving up 112 yards on the game and will contain them. Georgia Tech does give up over 200 yards through the air though and Tulsa will try to exploit that.

On the flip side, Georgia Tech has a balanced offensive attack and I don't think Tulsa will be able to stuff either the run or the pass. Looking at strength of schedule you have Georgia Tech at 48 and Tulsa at 99.

I see Georgia Tech shutting down Tulsa and beating them by double digits. I cannot see Georgia Tech losing their last three games of the season.

My Pick: Ga. Tech -7

Good luck with your football plays (NCAAF and NFL)
Your thoughts and opinions are appreciated.

Going into the bowl games, I predicted the ACC teams would win every game ( I picked them in a bowl contest). I've also wagered on them in each game. So far they've done pretty well. They've won and covered in every match-up so far except one - FLA ST missed a late chip shot, for a record of 4 -1. . .and 4 - 1 ATS. I think the ACC has been overlooked and underrated, which are the main ingredients for value when wagering.
FWIW, I like Georgia Tech -7 too, for the above reasons and the reasons you mention.

Luckily the line has dropped to 6.5. Adding a small play on the under as well. Good luck.

Small wager on the OVER 21 in the second half. I see the end score being:

Georgia Tech 24 Tulsa 16

I'll take a 38-3 finish. That would be perfect.

Not to jump ahead but any thoughts on the sugar bowl. I'll open up a thread tomorrow after some handicapping but I was wondering what the leans are so far.

Tulsa is a sorry escuse for a football team!!!
I am embarrased to say I took them today.
If I were a recruit, I'd run the other way!
They are horrible and I hope the program goes further south than it already is!!!!!!!

I like LSU in a low-scoring game. So, they way I feel after this game, there's your lock:
Ok and Under.
Just kidding,,sort of.

Unfortunetly I've only watched LSU this year and their defense is one of the best in the nation. I know he is going to have a masterful defense scheme. OKlahoma is going to want to show the nation that they are the true #1 and will want to come out and show that the K-State loss was a fluke. I'll need awhile to fully handicap this one. Take care and good luck.
