17-6 on my last 23 wagers/posts and hopefully I'm just warming up! :)

I really liked last weeks card but this weeks is a bit tougher so they will all be small plays for me this week.

..With that said however...I like this one play at this time and may post one or two more later in the week...I'm going the teaser route on this play because it's not how you win...it's if you win!

3 game 10 point Teaser
Washington Redskins -2.5
Cleveland Browns +7.5
Atlanta Falcons +3

Redskins -2.5?The Skins offense is starting to hit on all cylinders as QB Mark Brunell has given Skins fans something to get excited about despite dropping 2 straight on the road?this week the Skins have the pleasure of playing a Niners team that is not only one of the bottom feeders in the league but a team that has cemented it?s future at the QB spot with Alex Smith by dealing veteran Tim Rattay?the veterans on the Niners squad that felt they may have had a slim chance of hope this season must be thrilled by that decision?Alex Smith looked like a deer staring into a pair of headlights in his first start at Home against the Colts and this week it won?t get any better as he must face a tough Redskins Defense on the Road with DC Gregg Williams at the helm?I just don?t see the Niners offense having much success this week at all?on the flip side?the Redskins offense will be facing a Niners Defense that is a patchwork group at this time since they have lost CB?s Mike Rumph and Ahmad Plummer and LB?er Jeff Ulbrich to injury?I can see the Redskins offense enjoying a successful day on Sunday as Qb Mark Brunell and his new favorite receiver Santana Moss both having good days?the Redskins are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 home games?the Niners are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 on the road and have dropped 9 out of the last 10 games SU on the road dating back to the 2004 season?laying just 2.5 points in this teaser is a gift!
Washington 27 San Francisco 9

Browns +7.5?The Browns with +7.5 at Home against a Lions team that doesn?t really travel all that well?the Lions have lost their last 7 SU on the Road dating back to 2004?the Lions offense has been terrible all season long and will travel to Cleveland with WR Charles Rogers OUT and Roy Williams Questionable?the Browns on the other hand are 1-1 SU at Home under Romeo Crennel and beat the Bears 20-10 in their last Home appearance?I just feel the Browns at home have a solid chance to post their second Home win of the season and even if they don?t?I just don?t see the Lions winning this on by more then a TD?this one should be a low scoring battle to the end.
Cleveland 17 Detroit 13

Falcons +3?The Falcons are coming off of a road win over the Saints and now face a Jets team that not only lost on the road to the Bills but suffered a crushing blow to their O-Line in the process?starting C Kevin Mawae was lost for the season in that game?Mawae was not only the Jets emotional leader on their offense but he also made all the line calls for the team?the Jets running game which has been poor much of the season (except for last week when they faced a poor Bills Run defense) will suffer as will QB Vinnie Testaverde?the Jets had a hard time keeping Vinnie upright last week as they surrendered 5 sacks to the Bills?this week they will face a Falcons Defensive front four that thrives at Home?the Falcons can be beat through the air?but?Vinnie will need to have time to get his receivers the ball which I doubt will happen?on the flip side?I feel the Falcons running game with Warrick Dunn should have success against a Jets Defense that gave up 177 net yards rushing to the Bills last week?the Falcons are 9-2 ATS off a road game and are 2-1 SU at Home this season and have won 10 out of their last 12 SU in the Dome at Home dating back to 2004?the Falcons however are just 2-13 ATS on Monday Nights?however?you don?t need the Falcons to cover the spread with this teaser.

Adding one more Small Play for this week:

Arizona Cardinals -3
over Tennessee

I really like the coaching job Jeff Fischer has done this season for the Titans because at the start of the year i didn't give the Titans much of a chance at winning more than 3-4 games...but his team has played hard week in and week out but this week they face a Cardinals team that has been in every game and may finally be ready to put all the pieces together after having a week off because of the bye...I really like the matchup the Cardinals have on the offensive side of the ball with their 3 big wideouts going up against a much smaller and inexperienced Titans secondary...lets face it...the passing game is the Cardinals bread and butter and I expect it to thrive on Sunday...on the flip side the Titans offense is much improved this season under Norm Chow...but it's a dink and dunk offense that utilizes its tight ends in the short passing game...Titans Coach Jeff Fischer stated last week that he wants to throw the deep ball more and stretch the field...however...the Titans lost Derrick Mason in Free Agency and will be without Drew Bennett because of a hand injury this week which puts the burden of their offense on rookie receivers Brandon Jones, Courtney Roby, Roydell Williams and often injured veteran Tyrone Calico...I don't see the Titans offense doing anything different this week as far as the deep passing game goes...Titans QB Steve McNair missed practice the last two days is listed as questionable but will likely play on Sunday...the Titans are just 3-11 ATS after losing 2 out of their last 3 games SU...I see the Home Team Cardinals coming out on top in this one because their strength (passing game) will be able to exploit the Titans weakness (thier secondary)...the Cards!

Adding this 4 game 13 point teaser for another small play:

My 4 game 13 point Teasers are 3-0!

New Orleans +16...I feel the Saints have a chance to win this one outright...but even if they don't...I think the +16 will be enough to cover.

Pittsburgh +14...This one will probably be decided in the fourth quarter...getting 14 points is a gift!

Washington -0.5...All they have to do is Win!....EZ Money!

Dallas +17.5...This game was decided by 3 pts last season and this one should go down to the wire again...although I like the Seahawks to win this one outright...I don't think they will win by 18 points or more.

Good Luck!

Great job! I've been cleaning up on teasers too. Good way to make money in the NFL.

Alot of people dont like to play teasers...but I look at it as just another way to make some cash...its now how you win if its you win!
