Guys I rarely have the kind of hunch about stocks that I have with this one. Gameznflix is an online Game and DVD rental similar to Netflix. They have recently paired with Circuit City and are starting to build a head of steam. I got this one @.005 some time ago and have been watching it grow and gain momentum. I am not a chart reader and a stock guru by any means but I do beleive that this will see .10-.15 come X-mas time! I surely hope so but I will let you decide for yourself, not going to recommend just saying to watch this, if it hits .015-.02 in the next day or so then I would say Buy a little and let it ride until the quarterly report comes out!

it went as high as a 30% gain for the day and now sitting at 18% gainer. no, many times i'll take a 5% winner for the day but i got greedy and am still holding. hoping for a home run

i will sell half if it doubles up and i will bail before i lose should it tank.

Yahoo finance was showing it's day's range from 0.0112 to 0.138

Is this not correct?

that's correct. i posted when it hit .015 but seconds later it went south to a close of .0134 for a nice 16.5% gain for the day.

I don't want to rain on anybodies parade here, but out of curiosity, I went and looked at this companies financials to see how many shares they had outstanding. They have 4 billion shares authorized, and as of 9/30 of this year, they had 1,205,868,867 shares outstanding. The red flag for me is that on 6/30 of this year, they had 925,001,665 outstanding, which means the company dumped 280,867,202 shares into the market the last 3 months.

I'm no pro at this, but I would find it hard to see much appreciation in the PPS if this trend of dilution continues.

i don't know how to answer because i'm new to all this and probably shouldn't be playing with something i know nothing about but i'm doing it anyway. so far i've been successful playing momentum plays and off other peoples advice and for short term only.

these couple posts might answer your question. i'm in this thing very short term and going to ride the wave. hell, i might be out in the morning for all i know.

I was wondering if we get beween .10-.20 share and the dilution starts up would the amount of shares that are dumped into the O/S be alot less then at .006 im sure it would be but what would be the amount i heard soemthing like 300 million that would be great for everyone in my opinion. The company coould do a 1-20 R/S at .25-.30 and put us at $5-$6 share and on the nasdaq if we hold for atleast 6 months above $4 i believe the rule is. I think most of us here if we hold for atleast 1-2 years could make atleast 300k+.

Although pennyland players may hate the very thought of it, a R/S is absolutely inevitable if this horse is going to compete. Get used to the idea now. It will be easier to take later.

Keep in mind that CC is the king mother and will direct this relationship. GZFX MUST raise significant funds, in advance, to service the projected subscribers once the national rollout takes place. Further dilution is a given and the coffers will need big dollars...not a few million....upwards of 100 million to get it done.

It all spells R/S down the road.

Of course this is all just my opinion!

i'm definitely not thinking down the road. i'm thinking days or maybe weeks.

GZFX will move dramatically higher once the dilution ends. Its obvious that the market makers VFIN and ARCA are the ones dumping shares for the SB-2. The SB-2 came out in late July and assuming the least diluted theory, 2.5 billion shares will hit the market in order to generate the 16 million dollars in financing for the company. If you look below, ARCA and VFIN dumped roughly 600 million shares in Sept and Oct 2005(assuming they were all sold for the SB-2). So that leaves roughly 1.9 billion shares to go. If you look below, I posted the volumes for the month of November which when totalled up is roughly 2.1 billion shares traded. Now there are all kinds of theories about double counting trades and other tricks the mm's use but I am going to say that ARCA and VFIN were probably responsible for roughly 700 million shares traded so far this month. So my very rough guess is that ~1.3 billion shares have been dumped by ARCA and VFIN. So we are half way finished. Hopefully we are more than half way done. But in the next week or two ARCA and VFIN will complete the SB-2 and then nothing will stop GZFX from flying high! Keep up the volume and lets eat through those SB-2 shares as fast as possible!

This may have retirement written on it or it may have dumbass written on it but it is worth the Gamble ooooopps I mean the long term investment! HAHA

Really this should graze a nickel around christmas! When Circuit City announces the national rollout this momma is gonna give birth to a money maker! I am going to ride what I have but I would still consider a buy @.013 a good deal. American Bulls has this listed as a Buy Confirmed and so does Stockwatch so I say yes! I hope we can all make money on this!
