Damn idiots, the fence broke from its fasterners to the poles and simply went over the car and did not break from the poles.
If the cops would have just kept going the same would have happened to them. But maybe the high profile of teh car and lights on top may have hit teh higher cross pole and then the fence may have went down,
I mean look at the car it loked like a ford probe, a low profile car. Very easy for one to go through a fence and not take it down.
Remeber most fences are fastened on just 3 sides, and not always on the bottom.
